Rachael Hall is a multi-award-winning independent financial adviser and coach, author (including an Amazon No. 1 bestseller), CII Expert Practitioner, and expert witness in pension negligence cases. She is an Ambassador in Financial Abuse Awareness for Standards International.
Recognised as one of the UK’s leading NHS Pension Scheme experts, Rachael began her career at British Medical Association Services (BMAS) over 15 years ago and has since built a national reputation for her deep technical expertise—particularly in Annual Allowance complexities and the nuances that affect NHS pension members.
Rachael has been voted a Times Top Rated Adviser on VouchedFor from 2019 to 2023, and again in 2025 following a year away from the business.

Charlotte keeps our practice running smoothly, leading the day to day operations and overseeing due diligence on complex pension cases.
Known for her attention to detail, she ensures every case is handled thoroughly and is always available to answer questions and help guide clients through the process with clarity and reassurance.
Outside work, Charlotte loves being by the sea. She enjoys paddleboarding and yoga and often spends weekends exploring the Cornish coast with her husband Phil and their two boys, who share a passion for surfing.

Kara is often the first voice you’ll hear when you engage with us. As our Community Manager, she looks after our social channels, keeps our community connected, and helps ensure every client experience is smooth, friendly, and well supported.
When she’s not working with our clients and community, Kara is often packing up her van to explore surf spots along the North East coastline. Back home, she spends time in her studio designing and creating pieces for her handmade jewellery business.
